The Support Analyst provides hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring reliable operation of desktop and laptop systems, peripherals, and software applications. This role focuses on resolving hardware and software issues, managing device deployments, and maintaining a strong customer service approach to IT support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support for end users, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues efficiently
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows workstations and company applications
  • Support user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365
  • Assist with setup and maintenance of meeting rooms, video conferencing equipment, and office IT infrastructure
  • Document incidents, solutions, and standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk and Infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Maintain hardware inventory and assist with hardware lifecycle management (imaging, deployment, and retirement)
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and best practices

Skills/Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years’ experience providing deskside or technical support in a Windows-based environment
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft 365
  • Experience with imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows devices
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange Online, and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple technical issues in a fast-paced environment
