We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Janitor to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility that supports the productivity and well-being of our employees. What You’ll DoAs a Janitor at Mate, you’ll play an essential role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly by ensuring our workspaces are clean, stocked, and safe. You’ll:

• Clean and restock all restrooms, wash basins, and the employee lunchroom.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax factory floors using powered cleaning equipment.
• Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, chip waste, and tramp oils.
• Maintain eyewash and eyeglass cleaning stations throughout the plant.
• Order, stock, and organize janitorial and cleaning supplies.
• Respond to spills and support post-accident cleaning procedures as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping and light maintenance duties both inside and outside the facility.

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in custodial, maintenance, or industrial cleaning preferred.
• Ability to safely operate floor scrubbers, sweepers, and forklifts (training provided if needed).
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and ability to read Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and initiative.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.
