We are expanding our Factory Automation Engineering team to support the transition and optimization of MCS/RTD operations at our Kentucky site.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

✅ System Monitoring & Support

• Provide first-line response for transport automation systems (MCS, RTD, CIM) in a 3-shift operational environment.
• Monitor system performance and analyze transport data to ensure continuous, stable operations.
• Respond promptly to system alerts and coordinate with senior engineers for escalation and resolution.

✅ Software & Data Support

• Support factory automation software development, including programming, data analysis, and system testing during day shifts.
• Assist in developing scripts and tools to enhance system performance and data tracking.
• Document system incidents, troubleshooting results, and improvement measures.

✅ Project & Operations Support

• Contribute to the successful migration and ongoing operations of KY1 MCS/RTD systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and stabilize automation enhancements.
• Participate in on-site and remote meetings to support system deployment and maintenance plans.

📚 Qualifications & Requirements

✅ Education

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

✅ Technical Skills

• Programming experience in Java, Python, C++, C#, and SQL for relational databases.
• Familiarity with automation, control systems, or production IT environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

✅ Preferred Experience

• Academic or project experience related to factory automation, semiconductor, flat panel display, or EV battery industries.
• Understanding of system integration and real-time data handling concepts.
• Korean bilingual preferred.

✅ Other Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment during the initial employment period.
• Strong interest in factory and logistics automation with a long-term career vision in this field.
