Maintenance Technician na Doncasters Group

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Groton, Connecticut!

Hours – 40 hours a week – Monday – Friday – 6am – 2:30pm

Salary – The hourly rate is $23.04.

Training and Development - Doncasters prides itself on investing in their employees. You will receive extensive training while working within an experienced team. You will receive continuous feedback to help you grow and develop to ensure you maximize your potential. Training will typically take one year for this role, following achieving C level you will then be working towards competencies to grow within your role. Support is provided by the line manager and other team members through on-the-job training assignments where you will gain experience by mentorship from someone more senior.

The role

Join the team as a Maintenance Technician!
As a maintenance technician, you will use your health and safely skills to safely move, handle and dispose of raw materials around the shop floor. You will also assist with equipment installation and ensure everything runs smoothly!

- Forklift truck license or equivalent
- Previous experience working within a maintenance capacity within an industrial manufacturing environment is desirable.
