Overview:
The Hi/Lo Driver II plays a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the production process. This position is responsible for staging products for processing, transporting completed goods to the shrink-wrap and shipping areas, and maintaining accurate inventory and movement records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Locate and retrieve customer products within Plant 1.
• Transport products via Hi/Lo to designated staging and production areas.
• Accurately document all product movements to and from staging and shipping areas.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and secure facility.
• Adhere to OSHA, AIB, and ISO standards in all work activities.
• Support Shipping and Receiving as needed.
• Track and move production supplies to appropriate storage and staging locations.

Qualifications:

Education & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment.

• Proven Hi/Lo operation experience.

• Familiarity with QS9000 and AIB standards preferred.
