Position Summary
The Texas Title Plant Manager is responsible for all production and support functions within Texas and those counties which are currently serviced. This includes but is not limited to: creating, developing, organizing, Production and Support processes in accordance with established policies and procedures. The Texas Title Plant manager will work closely with the Chief Production Officer and the Director of Production Solutions to determine best practices and processes to achieve desired goals. The Texas Title Plant Manager is expected to demonstrate the following core values: integrity, leadership, expertise, excellence, innovation, respect, confidentiality, accountability and service.
Essential Functions:
- Work closely with Agency managers, Chief Production Officer and the Director of Texas Title Production to create, develop, oversee and implement processes and workflow solutions for Production and Support in Texas.
- Champion and promote all internal processes, applications and cultural norms.
- Direct, develop and oversee production and support processes and workflows for all internal applications for internal employees and global resource partners to achieve established metrics.
- Create and organize internal structure to support the delivery of all production offerings within established metrics.
- Develop relationships with agents and provide support to agency sales in order to deepen wallet share and
- Identify and hire needed personnel as driven by growth and expansion.
- Utilize the latitude to treat customers' problems as your own.
- All other duties as assigned.
