Fragrance Commercial Account Manager
(Temporary Assignment)

Job mission
Develop our Cartier Parfums Retail Partnerships business in North America. Working with the Commercial Director on various sales projects, business development, Strategic mind to long-term Projects and administrative functions on each account.
Key Responsibilities
Network Development & Strategic Projects
- Communicate monthly network status updates to North America and HQ teams
- Lead strategic analysis of network, including yearly segmentation review and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with strategic stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Finance and Commercial Performance teams
- Assist Account Executive teams with driving performance of KPIs with partners and ongoing general support
- Support Commercial Director on ad hoc strategic projects and initiatives (e.g. exploring and developing new distribution / partnerships)
Specialist Partners
- Enforce the Specialist roadmap in liaise with Commercial Director, Marketing Manager and Cartier Corporate team
- Share the guidelines of fragrance presence in the Specialist and ensure implementation with the in-store teams and corporate partners
- Develop sales target per partner in liaise with the Commercial Sales Director
- Ensure Stock management of each account, managing replenishment, novelty launches and minimizing returns
- Create Seasonal Strategic projects per retailer
- Communicate stock, replenishment and assortment needs for each partner
- Seek opportunities for overall distribution, make recommendations on closing and opening new doors
- Monitor the retailer productivity, door and regional level
- Conduct bi-weekly touch base meetings with all partners
- Complete the Seasonal Line list for all retailers
- Support Supply Chain team with PO extensions, EDI, ASN issues, ship to audits and order management
Brand Visibility / Marketing
- Manage stock, in liaise with Supply Chain team of saleable products and POSM (testers, samples, display units, accessories) per retailer, store and region
- Create in collaboration with SDP the Project and Score Cards for new Espace projects
- Work with sales team on image consistency within the specialist network and executions of events
- Schedule Seasonal Market Meeting and Post Market Meetings
- Collaborate and share commercial portion of all specialist marketing meetings and seasonal planning
- Analyze Event ROI and give Commercial feedback to relevant departments
- Support Commercial Director in developing strategic presentations and business plans for Partners, Account Executives and Internal Teams
Internal Communication & Reporting
- Share commercial results, key messages, and key focus for the month
- Develop corporate initiatives to raise fragrance awareness and adoption among employees
- Work and guide Account Executives on specific tasks and projects.
- Prepare business updates for internal, corporate, and HQ colleagues. Weekly/monthly/quarterly/seasonally/annually
- Set-up and share specialist sell-out/sell-in report for all specialist accounts
- Analyze sell thru reports and assist with assortment and sku matrix per account
- Monitor the Specialist P&L (sales / external promoters / communication/Capex Doors) and create NSPO’s
- Create resourceful sales dashboards to analyze sales performance, utilizing our internal dashboards and Sky Pad.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience especially in luxury retail, service or beauty industry is a plus
- You have strong communication/interaction and project management skills
- You have a strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- You have convincing interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with groups of people on a project.
- You have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI, Macro & SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Travel 20%
- 360° and strategic commercial vision a must

Expected salary range: 90,000-$115,000
Please note, salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
