Position Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies
- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials
- Design logos, brochures, flyers, and digital graphics
- Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent branding
- *Communication Management*:
- Handle internal communications (company-wide announcements, newsletters, digital content)
- Manage external communications
- Develop and implement a social media strategy for:
- Glassdoor
- Create engaging content for social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media
- Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva
- Strong graphic design and branding skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Social media management experience (desirable)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
- Relevant experience in branding and design
Soft Skills:
- Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to take feedback and iterate on designs
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
