The Threat Analyst will play a pivotal role in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cybersecurity threats to safeguard organizational assets and data. This position involves leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity to assess and interpret Indicators of Compromise (IoCs) as outlined by the client. You will engage with a wide array of industry representatives, asking insightful and driving questions to uncover potential vulnerabilities and emerging threats. Key responsibilities include analyzing and interpreting CISA IoCs, monitoring and investigating cybersecurity threats using threat intelligence platforms, network monitoring tools, and incident response frameworks, and engaging with industry representatives to gather intelligence and foster collaboration to address cybersecurity challenges effectively. Staying informed about the latest trends, developments, key players, and dynamics in the cybersecurity landscape is essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, with familiarity with CISA IoCs, and possess excellent analytical skills to navigate complex threat scenarios and provide actionable insights. Critical thinking, the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, actionable recommendations, and a proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail are crucial for success in this role. Adaptability to the ever-changing threat landscape and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with industry representatives are key factors that will ensure organizational resilience against cyber threats.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
