Work Schedule:

100% FTE, Mornings Monday through Friday. Some weekends and holidays may be required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Culinary Production Assistant who: 

• Provides outstanding customer and coworker service.
• Reviews production and stocking schedules.
• Accurately and safely prepares and portions food items.
• Sanitizes dishes, cookware, equipment, and environment.

Culinary Production Assistants are eligible for:
