What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of a small portfolio of projects that help Royal London:

• Create value for our customers
• Adapt to change and reduce risk
• Meet legal and regulatory requirements
• Improve efficiency and profitability

You’ll collaborate across teams, analyse data, and bring fresh ideas to the table. At the end of the programme, you’ll work with fellow interns to present a group project to our senior leadership team.

Who we’re looking for

• Ideally penultimate or final year students from any degree discipline
• Curious thinkers who challenge the status quo
• Motivated self-starters with a desire to learn and grow
• Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with IT and data, and keen to develop further
• Able to manage multiple projects and solve problems creatively

Key dates & locations

• Start date: 15 June to 21 August 2026 (for 10 weeks)
• Locations: Edinburgh, Manchester, London (Asset Management placements only available in London)
• Assessment centres: January 2026
