Position Overview:
The Hospital Sales Admin will support Medivant’s Hospital Sales Team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communication with hospital clients, and ensuring seamless execution of sales operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a central point of contact between Medivant’s hospital sales team and hospital clients.
- Support the sales team in preparing contracts, quotations, and client presentations.
- Coordinate hospital meetings, calls, and product demonstrations for the sales representatives.
- Manage hospital client databases and ensure CRM systems are accurately updated.
- Track and monitor sales activities, orders, and client follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal departments—Production, Logistics, and Finance—to ensure smooth delivery and billing processes.
- Assist in resolving client issues, documentation errors, and communication delays.
- Compile and analyze sales performance reports for management review.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with all company policies and healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, client coordination, or healthcare operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or hospital sales domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience supporting hospital or institutional sales in the pharmaceutical industry.(Preferred)
- Familiarity with hospital purchasing processes and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Experience coordinating with large healthcare networks or hospital systems.
