Your Role

 

The Digital Compliance and Operations team ensures that our web and mobile sites are compliant with all state and federal mandated requirements and drives changes to our web and mobile sites to support these legal requirements. The Digital Product Manager, Consultant role will report to the Senior Program Manager, Digital Operations. In this role you will help define the short-term and long-term product roadmap. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast paced, agile environment and will be responsible for managing product development deliverables such as requirements documentation, analytics, design reviews, implementation, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Your Work

 

In this role, you will:

  • Identify, understand, and develop ongoing key personas for product areas

  • Exhibit natural and intuitive user empathy

  • Determine and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) at a product level to establish experience success, failures, and next steps through iteration

  • Conduct secondary market research

  • Effectively organize and lead brainstorming sessions

  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with the development teams, across departmental teams, and internal and external stakeholders

  • Lead vendor business relationships

  • Employ active listening and engagement in meetings

  • Lead agile team meetings independently

Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Public Health, or Information Technology; graduate degree (e.g. MBA) is highly desirable

  • Requires at least 6 years of prior relevant experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, or Entrepreneurship required

  • Requires ability to create and prioritize effective user stories and backlogs in Jira

  • Requires knowledge on agile workflows like sprints, stand-ups, and iterative development

  • Requires digital product management experience such as enhancing websites, mobile apps, or software products from ideation to launch

  • Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and mandates related to healthcare or similar industries strongly preferred

  • Ability to clearly convey status, notes, and next steps through written and verbal communication

  • Ability to articulate business goals, strategies, and logic across internal and external teams

  • Ability to create and deliver clear and compelling presentations

  • Ability to drive and facilitate all agile team processes

  • Ability to articulate digital operating model and approach to business partners and stakeholders

  • Ability to lead partner and stakeholder collaboration sessions, including with executive stakeholders

  • Ability to independently convey thought leadership clearly through written communication

  • Ability to articulate project status to leadership

o   Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.

  • On-Site: Work from a business unit-approved office an average of four (4) or more days a week.

Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
