Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Technical Advisor II opportunity at NDX Affinity in Louisville, KY.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues, including making calls to doctors on time, shade, poor impressions and missing items or information.
- Facilitate assigned technical area (Fixed/Removable/Implants) technical calls
- Utilize interactions with doctors and staff as selling opportunity while creating a positive image of the lab.
- Follow all procedures effectively
- Follow up on all customer complaints to ensure the issues identified are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Generate relationships with staff members in customer offices, including participation in local, regional and state dental staff organizations.
- All other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Must have computer skills including typing and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
- Verbally communicate via telephone-maintaining a positive demeanor

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Preferred: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred: Production experience
- Preferred: Customer Service experience
- 2-3 years' experience in and knowledge of clinical dentistry (EDDA preferred)
- Thorough knowledge of implant systems and general implant knowledge
