Short Description

The opportunity

We are currently looking for several experienced and passionate Care Aides to join our Aged Care Team. We have multiple permanent part-time roles available, offering flexible working hours, with contracts ranging from 15 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week. Our busiest period of care delivery is between Monday- Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm. If you are available for some, or all of this time period then we would love to hear from you!.

About you

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability is highly desirable, although not essential.
  • Those with a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 3 months relevant care worker experience. Those without a relevant Certificate will require a minimum of 6+ months relevant care worker experience (FTE).
  • Experience working in a home care/community setting is highly desirable.
  • A valid Drivers’ License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
  • Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.

  • Travel allowance of $1.03 per k/m
