CSI / Customer Service Coordinator

Midway Nissan is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our customer service team as a CSI / Customer Service Coordinator. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and a passion for problem solving and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone with a warm, professional attitude.
- Appointment scheduling and confirmation for customers over the phone and in person; coordinating with the sales and service teams.
- Answer inquiries about vehicles, service, and dealership promotions. Assist customers with basic product knowledge and direct them to the right department.
- Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests.
- Reporting new vehicle sales to the manufacturer and following up with customers to ensure they had a positive experience and will complete their surveys.
- Working with the sales and service teams to ensure they stay up to date on their required training courses.
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Support the sales and service teams with daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills.
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility.
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
