We’re looking for a reliable Tool Crib Assistant to help support our machining operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being a key part of a fast-paced production team.

You will be a great fit if you:

• Assist with setup and teardown of machine tooling based on production schedules
• Organize, inventory, and distribute tools and equipment
• Inspect tools for wear or damage to ensure safety and functionality
• Maintain accurate records of tools issued and returned
• Keep the tool crib clean, stocked, and efficient
• Support the Tool Crib Manager with daily operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma required; CNC technical background preferred
• Basic machining and tooling knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints and perform shop math
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
