Position Summary:
Celtic Property Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Tax Credit Property Manager to oversee our new community in Camp Verde, Arizona, Sycamore Vista Apartments. This position will focus on maintaining high property standards, ensuring compliance with Tax Credit regulations, and delivering top-tier resident satisfaction.
As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, budgeting, financial reporting, tenant relations, maintenance, and staff supervision. If you have extensive experience in Tax Credit properties and compliance, and a passion for fostering great relationships with residents and staff, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Tax Credit Compliance: Ensure the property meets all Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations, maintain accurate tenant files, and conduct audits, inspections, and reviews.
- Financial Management: Manage annual budgets, ensure timely rent collections, process invoices, and prepare financial reports.
- Leasing & Marketing: Achieve occupancy goals, develop marketing strategies, and ensure the property maintains a minimum 90% occupancy.
- Maintenance Oversight: Supervise maintenance staff, ensure timely repairs, and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Team Leadership & Staff Supervision: Lead and mentor on-site staff, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive work environment.
- Resident Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing concerns effectively.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure operations comply with local, state, and federal laws and submit necessary reports on time.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Property Manager with focus on Tax Credit properties. In-depth knowledge of LIHTC regulations and affordable housing programs.
- Education/Certification: Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred. LIHTC certification required (or ability to obtain within a specified time frame).
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (Yardi, RealPage), leadership skills, and ability to manage a team.
- Personal Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to resolve conflicts professionally, and commitment to excellent customer service.

Work Schedule:
