What you'll be doing:
You'll work closely with a small team under the guidance of the Operations Team Leader providing direct communication with customers via telephone and email to provide unparalleled support and service.

Location:            This role is primarily based in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes; however, we are open to considering hybrid or remote working arrangements.
Hours:                  37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 20:00, including bank/public holidays, and cover for absences as needed.
 
As a Contact Centre Operator, and using your fluent Italian language skills, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service with a confident and effective approach to telephone communication.
  • Responding promptly to system alerts and alarms.
  • Managing customer theft notifications and documenting vehicle thefts efficiently.
  • Pro-actively and calmly managing Emergency and Breakdown calls.
  • Adhering to Alarm and Call Handling Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Undertaking various administrative tasks as necessary.
  • Adhering to GDPR Regulations

About You:
You’ll be based within commuting distance to our office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes and have full rights to work in the UK. 

To excel in this role, you will require: 

  • Fluent Italian, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional customer service expertise with a confident and effective approach to telephone communication.
  • Proficient computer skills and the aptitude to master new software quickly.
  • Eager to learn, develop, and adopt new skills and methods.
  • Strong focus and prioritization skills, particularly in high-stress situations.
  • A high level of attention to detail, particularly with literacy and numeracy.
  • Be highly motivated, reliable and have a flexible approach.

Desirable attributes include:
Previous experience in an Operations Centre/Control Room/Call Centre
Solid geographical knowledge.
