Counsel, suspend, or remove staff from the schedule as necessary in compliance with Vituity polices / guidelines.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EHelp identify and mentor the permanent Medical Director for the site.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EUtilize schedule templates to create start-up schedules. Assist future MD in liaising with Shift Admin team.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEnsure initial pay rates are entered in Shift Admin prior to the first payroll run.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate with Vituity and Site support teams to ensure timely email access, password issues, and EMR education setup.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EBe available to be on site as needed and as requested.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESupport co-designing, building, and executing strategies, policies, and practices that cultivate equity, inclusion, and fair opportunity for all as directed.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EFacilitate integration of practice lines in startups and existing contract sites, as directed.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EModel Vituity’s Partnership Principles through fostering open communication and transparency of decisions (ex.
