Job Description:
This role will lead HPE Financial Services' integration with HPE, HPI and Channel relationships to develop innovative financing solutions, IT asset management solutions, sustainability and investment capacity solutions to our customers and partners.
This role is responsible for developing an in-depth knowledge of the HPE, HPI and Partners business, their solution portfolio, target markets, competitors’ actions and customers’ needs to identify future growth opportunities for HPEFS and the BU. Further, this role is responsible for developing executive and working-level relationships with key members of the BU staff and their extended teams to advance our joint initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Management Leadership
- Develop and manage a unified product/program roadmap aligned with HPE, HPI, and Channel requirements.
- Own the full lifecycle of HPEFS products and programs—from ideation and development to deployment, market readiness, and retirement.
- Prioritize initiatives that support HPE/HP growth and enhance customer and RTM relevance.
- Enablement Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement comprehensive enablement plans, tools, and content to support product integration and execution across WW, Market, Customer Segment, and RTM levels.
- Ensure GTM teams are equipped with the right messaging, tools, and training to drive demand and adoption of HPEFS offerings.
- Adoption & Integration
- Drive systemic integration of HPEFS capabilities into HPE/HPI solutions, demand generation initiatives, and sales plays.
- Collaborate with GTM teams to grow pipeline, increase share of wallet, and improve attach rates and revenue performance.
- Strategic Collaboration & Market Insight
- Lead HPEFS’ integration with HPE, HPI, and Partner ecosystem to co-develop innovative financing, IT asset management, sustainability, and investment capacity solutions.
- Build executive and working-level relationships with BU and GTM teams to advance joint initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product and enablement decisions.
- Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Establish proactive product lifecycle management plans that leverage HPEFS capabilities to support customer transitions from legacy to new technology.
- Ensure IT Lifecycle solutions offerings are enabled across HPE product categories.
- Track and report performance metrics, conduct business analysis, and implement improvements based on insights and feedback.
- Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of best practices, enablement learnings, and adoption strategies to support ongoing alignment with customer and RTM needs.
The critical results this person aims to achieve are:
- Establishing and cultivating relationships with WW BU and GTM teams to achieve strategic alignment and integration, marketing and promotion of the HPEFS value proposition to HPE and HPI sales, customers and partners, as measured by HPEFS’ full participation and integration with BU-led solutions and GTM initiatives.
- Driving the systemic integration of HPEFS capabilities, products and messaging into HPE and HPI solutions, demand gen initiatives, sales tools and sales plays as measured by pipeline attach, volume, penetration, and revenue/margin performance
- In partnership with the GBU product management team
- establishing a proactive product lifecycle management plan and program which fully leverages HPEFS IT asset financing and lifecycle management solutions and capabilities to help customers transition from legacy to new technology
- ensuring HPEFS capabilities in place to enable the offering of Certified Pre-owned equipment for each of the HPE product categories?
- Actively tracking and reporting results to key HPEFS and HPE, HPI stakeholders, performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations/ solutions to drive continuous business improvements.
- Ensuring our GTM teams fully understand key HPE, HPI GTM initiatives where HPEFS is integral in the offer, messaging and performance metrics
“Must Have” / Critical requirements for role
- Bachelor's degree
- High knowledge of the IT and Financial Services industry
- In-depth knowledge of HPE’s product and services offerings, and routes to market.
- 8+ years’ experience in business development, product management, technical pre-sales or solution architect for HPE.
- Proven ability to lead teams to achieve results, exercise independent judgment and handle unique situations to accomplish goals in tight time frames.
- Demonstrated proficiency in establishing collaborative and productive relationships with senior level executives and presenting to and influencing senior level decision making.
- Proficient in utilizing data and digital tools to identify and evaluate new opportunities, inform decision-making, manage projects, and track and report results.
- Highly developed project/program management and change management skills. Solid understanding of business planning methods and business acumen.
- Possess a growth mindset.
- Experience integrating financial solutions into broader business unit strategies or GTM initiatives.

- Business Acumen: Deep understanding of IT & Financial Services industry and marketplace.

- Collaboration: Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and simplify complex initiatives for effective execution.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Innovation: Ability to identify and implement creative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer success, and market share.
- Global Experience: Familiarity with global business practices and driving consistent experience across regions.
