Maintenance Mechanic Trainee na MITSUBISHI CEMENT COMPANY

Description

1.           The program will provide four (4) years of on-the-job training, to include home study courses, etc.

2.         Ability to read, write and communicate.

3.         Must be able to work in high places, in a safe manner.

4.         Knowledge of safe heavy-lifting practices and the ability to lift heavy loads safely (on an occasional basis).

5.         Ability to identify and correct safety hazards and/or report condition to appropriate supervision.

6.         Basic knowledge of how plant production equipment interrelates.

7.         Capable of safely operating a forklift or hydraulic boom lift.

8.         Ability to repair, inspect, adjust, and service machines, tools, and equipment that are used in the manufacturing of cement.

9.         Maintain appropriate records as required.

10.       Ability to identify malfunctions or abnormal operations of plant equipment and repair or report findings to appropriate supervision.

11.       Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Rotating shifts.

PROBATIONARY PERIOD

New employees shall serve a five (5) month probationary period.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT PHYSICAL

A pre-employment physical is required prior to employment with Mitsubishi Cement Corporation.
