Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Therapeutic Medical Physicist to join our team!

JOB SUMMARY:  

The Medical Physicist II supports the Radiation Oncologists and Mountain View Hospital with the full range of applications of radiation physics for imaging, planning, and treatment delivery through participation in all clinical settings where radiation patient care is delivered. The Medical Physicist II supports Mountain View Hospital in all of the settings that house radiation producing equipment with guidance and management to meet all federal and state guidelines for monitoring and safety as directed.

Qualifications


Education/Certification:  MS or PhD in Medical Physics or associated degree recognized by the American Board of Radiology as sufficient for achieving board certification. Current American Board of Radiology certification in Therapeutic Medical Physics.

Experience:  Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and board certification.
