Reporting to the Senior Manager – Configuration & Technical Data, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly and in line with aviation regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage all aspects of new aircraft warranty claims
- Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to maximise cost recovery
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with aviation standards
- Provide technical and commercial insights to streamline processes and reduce downtime
What We’re Looking For
- Background in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or contract negotiation
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Confident in negotiating with OEMs and vendors
- Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
