New Aircraft Warranty Controller
Location: Leeds Bradford Airport

Are you ready to take off with a career that combines precision, problem-solving, and the thrill of aviation? We're looking for a New Aircraft Warranty Controller to join our Configuration Management team at our Head Office at Leeds Bradford International Airport.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind our warranty processes for new fleet aircraft—ensuring every claim is expertly managed from start to finish. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Configuration & Technical Data, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly and in line with aviation regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage all aspects of new aircraft warranty claims
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to maximise cost recovery
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with aviation standards
  • Provide technical and commercial insights to streamline processes and reduce downtime

What We’re Looking For
  • Background in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Confident in negotiating with OEMs and vendors
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
