Project Coordinator (APBS)-Phoenix na Andersen Corporation

This position provides exceptional service by being a single point of contact for the Customer. Partnering with Sales Reps, and the Logistics and Installation Teams, to provide a customized level of communication with every Customer to keep the Customer well informed of the delivery of their products and services; and to quickly resolve any concern the Customer may have.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES• Assist with project take-offs and specification review; develop appropriate quotes that incorporate up-selling and value engineering options; revise as needed to provide complete solutions that enable the sale of Andersen products supporting the• Be the single point of contact for customer(s), assures customer expectations are in alignment with product features, and schedules for delivery, installation and warranty service.• Assist with new Customer set-up by collecting necessary billing and credit information. Assist with the conversion of approved proposals to product orders via Heritage & AWD processes, working with the Customer on any phasing of product delivery, installation, lead-time concerns / needs, etc. Receive and review order confirmations for accuracy and completeness. Assist with communication with Customer to confirm previously agreed upon lead-times or to communicate any changes or concerns• Create invoices and process payments per established business practices for down-payments, progress payments and final payments. Perform administrative tasks including Salesforce entry and updates, validate & facilitate credits.• Provides feedback to the Customer(s) when a job order has issues; works with key stakeholders to resolve questions in a quick and efficient manner.• Communicates with Installation and field service crews on specifics for the jobs, providing advanced notice of unique factors the crew will need to be aware of with the job• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND/OR COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS• High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 - 5 years of work experience required, two-year associate's degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Working knowledge of computer programs including Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point, etc.).• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks of varying sizes with strong organization and prioritization skills.• Extensive knowledge of all appropriate Andersen product lines.• Advanced knowledge of Andersen’s technical and business tools and the order fulfillment process.• Uses strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate clearly and concisely.• Works independently to complete tasks accurately and with strong attention to detail  Salary Information: Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process.
