Job Description:

Join our team and you’ll be responsible for providing the highest level of service to the internal and external customers of the Totaljobs Group, who will share our dedication to connecting great candidates with great jobs. The role sits within the Quality Assurance department and focuses on the automated jobs process. Core elements of the role focus on Feed Management; Job board management; Client Contact; Troubleshooting and Spider Management. Working in the Customer Service department, you will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody. 

Your responsibilities:  

  • Assist a network of Sales teams and their clients to provide a consistent, reliable and positive user experience Taking charge of the automated job process in an efficient manner to achieve team SLAs;
  • Be a direct point of contact for any XML posting and 3rd party CVDB queries;
  • Liaise directly with 3rd party providers, clients and internal stakeholders to ensure their expectations are met within the terms of the process;
  • Troubleshoot and aim to provide a first-time resolution for any and all queries;
     
Qualifications:
  • Experience working with and troubleshooting XML data;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft packages such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Proven track record of working to team and individual targets, including SLAs;
