Media Production Team Member na OneBeat Dance Brands

Position Summary: 

The Media Production Team Member is responsible for assisting the VP of Media Production and the Media Production Team Lead with all items in relation to OneBeat’s media content; this includes but is not limited to sorting/uploading all photos and videos captured at all OneBeat Dance Brand events, publishing media to clients, prepare media storage devices and assist in creating social media content, advertisements/promotions and graphic designs as needed. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Sort and upload all photos and videos captured from all OneBeat events 

• Publish media content to clients 

• Oversee and prepare media storage devices 

• Assist in the creation of social media content, advertisements/promotions and graphic designs, as needed 

• Assist in maintenance of all media and scoring equipment to function properly 

• Assist in the research equipment and create procedures & systems to ensure workflow is current, streamlined and efficient 

• All other duties as assigned or designated 

Qualifications: 

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites - especially in Premiere Pro, Acrobat, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator and Lightroom 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously 

• Must be an excellent problem-solver, quick-thinker and be able to communicate clear and concise solutions 

• Must be technically savvy 

• Must possess good time-management skills, and be able to self-manage 

• Must be able to work independently and with a team 

• Must have experience in live event production and media production  

On-The-Road Job Brief: 

The specific functions of a Team Member’s role while on-the-road will cover a wide scope of activities.  This is because all events are not, and will never be, the same. During the regional, national, and convention seasons you will be scheduled to work pre-determined events. During weekends off the above-mentioned season, you may be on-call to assist the Tour Team and other Leadership Team Members as needed. 

Responsibilities of the Team Member include but are not limited to: 

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, which may include a stage build.

• Participate in all mandatory training sessions.

• Execute responsibilities of your assigned position to the standards established by your Team Lead.

• Uphold a professional, friendly, and positive demeanor when interacting with clients, attendees, venue staff, and fellow team members. 

• Adhere to and represent the values, brand, and professional standards of OneBeat at all times. 

• Demonstrate adaptability and teamwork by assisting in other roles or duties as needed during the event. 

• Follow all event protocols, timelines, and safety procedures as outlined in training and by leadership. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace throughout the event. 

• All other duties as assigned or designated.
