About the Role

Join West Monroe’s AI team and help make the firm truly AI-native—where every client engagement, pursuit, and solution leverages the power of AI.  

As a key member of the Commercial Growth organization, you’ll work alongside the Director of Commercial Growth, The Director of Labs and the Chief AI Officer, partnering closely with our Change Management & Adoption leads to activate and scale AI solutions.  

This is a high-impact, highly visible role that connects strategy to execution. You’ll elevate awareness of our AI offerings and assets, streamline how we bring them to market, and collaborate with our GTM partners to connect the right stories, teams, and pursuits—driving measurable growth. 

This is a hands-on, fast-paced, and outcome-driven role for someone who thrives on collaboration and execution. Success means stronger pipeline, earlier and smarter deal support, consistent messaging, and visible commercial impact across our practices and target industries. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and Execute Commercialization Strategies for Priority AI Services
    • Partner with the Offering team to identify target accounts and buyer segments for priority AI offerings and assets.
    • Coordinate client outreach and pitch efforts to position services with the right audiences and decision-makers.
    • Partner with the Line and the firm’s GTM team to design and execute integrated campaigns to generate pipeline, drive cross-sell, and expand adoption of AI-enabled services.
  • Accelerate Sales Activation
    • Connect the dots for our people — ensuring teams know who to reach out to (subject matter experts, demo owners, solution leads, etc.) and what tools and materials to use when pursuing AI opportunities.
    • Review early-stage pipeline opportunities to identify where AI can be introduced sooner — enabling proactive support, stronger qualification, and faster deal velocity.
    • Track and report on AI-related pursuit activity and outcomes—measuring where and how AI is influencing pipeline growth, win rates, and overall commercial impact.
  • Build Awareness of AI-led Offerings and Assets Across the Firm
    • Make information about AI-forward offerings and assets easy to find, talk about, and position in client conversations. 
    • Partner with Change Management and Internal Communications to create visibility into the firm’s AI offerings and assets, ensuring client-facing teams know the right target buyers, value stories, and use cases
  • Bring Consistency and Connection to AI Selling
    • Establish a feedback loop with sellers, pursuit teams and asset product owners to capture insights from pitches and client conversations — using that feedback to refine messaging, update materials, and pivot GTM priorities as the market evolves.
    • Collaborate with the GTM and Sales Effectiveness teams to ensure AI-forward offerings and assets are presented consistently across sales enablement materials, pursuits, and client stories. 

Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, product commercialization, or consulting.
  • Proven track record launching and scaling products or services, ideally in startups or professional services.
  • Background in consulting with experience building pipeline, developing service lines, or driving turnaround initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the business applications of AI, with a passion for the space and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills; able to connect cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
  • Skilled in storytelling, positioning, and sales lifecycle strategy.
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities; comfortable being accountable to metrics like pipeline growth.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and drives measurable outcomes.

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
