🔍 Who We're Looking For
This position is for licensed professionals only. Applicants must hold an active LVT, RVT, or CVT credential. If you are not currently licensed, please apply to our open Veterinary Assistant role instead.
We’re seeking individuals with:
- LVT certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical veterinary experience (emergency or surgery experience preferred)
- Strong skills in anesthesia monitoring, surgical support, triage, critical care, and client communication
- Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care
🩺 What You’ll Do
As a daytime Emergency & ICU Veterinary Technician, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Emergency Triage & Stabilization: Rapidly assess and stabilize critically ill or injured patients
- ICU & Critical Care Monitoring: Monitor vitals, administer medications, and manage fluid therapy
- Anesthesia & Surgery: Prep patients, induce and monitor anesthesia, assist in surgical procedures, and support post-op recovery
- Diagnostics: Perform and interpret radiographs, in-house lab work, and urinalysis
- Client Communication: Relay updates and discharge instructions with empathy and accuracy
- Workflow Management: Prioritize patient care efficiently in a fast-moving environment
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside ER veterinarians and support staff to deliver top-tier care
