The Role
Oversees daily plumbing operations, leading a team of technicians to ensure quality work, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role manages scheduling, performance, and workflow to support departmental goals and company growth.
Responsibilities
- Integrate sales strategies across other departments to drive profitable results.
- Show technicians how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
- Monitor performance of field technicians and advise them on how to improve.
- Manage team schedule to meet ongoing customer demand and seasonal spikes.
- Make sure incentive programs are equitable and properly documented.
- Serve as a technical back-up for field technicians when necessary.
- In-field plumbing training.
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Other managerial duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
- Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
- Proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel - Word - PowerPoint).
- Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.;
- Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
