Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening Shift (3 PM – 10 PM) with Every Other Weekend Availability

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and established care plans

- Monitor residents’ health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Document resident care activities thoroughly and in compliance with regulatory standards

- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure residents’ comfort and safety

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans

- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents and staff

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment

- Prior experience in long-term care, assisted living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards

- Flexibility to work the 3 PM – 10 PM shift with every other weekend availability
