The Marketing Coordinator is the point person for Window Nation's image and positive relationship with current and potential customers, specifically through managing collateral production with our vendors. This position requires the ability to build effective relationships with our many vendors to ensure every product exemplifies ‘Window Nation Excellence’. The Marketing Coordinator’s ability to manage several projects at once, as well as stay on top of competitor actions will be an invaluable tool to the Marketing department, as well as to the company at large.

The Marketing Coordinator’s ability to manage several projects at once, as well as stay on top of competitor actions will be an invaluable tool to the Marketing department, as well as to the company at large.  

Core Role Responsibilities
  • Act as liaison between marketing and call center to ensure all marketing programs are aligned with company-wide objectives and proper tracking is in place
  • Execute the design and production of collateral materials needed by sales, outbound events, and canvassers to ensure proper brand identity  
  • Manage inbound marketing budgets and budget forecasting spreadsheets 
  • Review and reconcile media invoices, as well as coordinating vendor payment with accounting 
  • Create and update marketing reports that track creative for offer and design accuracy
  • Monitor corporate brand identity across marketing and promotional events and materials 
  • Partner with our Show and Events team to coordinate event registration for all outbound marketing events 
  • Assist with the execution of tactical inbound marketing initiatives 
  • Assist with the ordering of office supplies and Window Nation employee attire needs  
  • Work on additional projects to support growth agenda as directed by supervisor 


    • Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • 2+ years of administrative experience  


    • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications preferred 
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook 
  • Experience with budget management 
  • Experience with Salesforce, MS Dynamics or another CRM platform 
  • CMS experience
