Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met

- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and high-quality service

- Inspect assigned areas regularly to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and safety regulations

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels

- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow

- Address and resolve any guest or resident concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally

- Maintain accurate records of staff attendance, performance, and maintenance requests

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with supervisory responsibilities preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality or management is a plus
