  • Previous experience in customer service management is essential for applicants, ideally within a remote or multi-site environment.
  • Proven experience leading teams successfully and an of how to motivate and develop people to deliver exceptional resuults.
  • You are confident using CRM systems and customer service software, and you apply data-driven insights to improve performance.
  • Confidence in promoting training or educational offerings is beneficial, as is familiarity with service excellence frameworks.
  • You maintain composure in fast-paced settings and consistently demonstrate a customer-centric mindset.
  • You communicate clearly and work effectively across departments to deliver a unified customer experience.
