Overview:

We are dedicated to transforming how our team member experience through innovative solutions. We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and strategic ServiceNow Product Owner to join our innovative and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the product roadmap for Journeys, Portal (Intranet), and Virtual Assistant capabilities, driving delivery, and ensuring our solutions align with both business objectives and user needs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator with a solid grasp of the product development lifecycle and Agile principles.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligning with business objectives and customer needs for PDS Health’s Employee Center Portal (Intranet) and Team Member Journeys (pre-hire workflows, onboarding plus).

  • Partners with BTAs, Digital Ambassadors, HR, Internal Communications and Operations stakeholders, including customers, gather insights and integrate feedback into the product roadmap.

  • Own and manage the product backlog for ServiceNow Journeys, Portal, and Virtual Assistant, ensuring features are prioritized based on business value and impact.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that solutions directly support team member onboarding, engagement, and productivity.

  • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog to maximize value and support business priorities by championing the end-user perspective across the employee lifecycle from pre-hire to training.

  • Maintain ongoing communication of the product roadmap and key updates with internal stakeholders by building top tier presentations and visuals that communicate roadmap, value, and outcomes to executives in a clear, compelling way.

  • Champion end-user experience by incorporating feedback, data insights, and usability principles into product enhancements.

  • Work closely with designers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless delivery of intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly experiences.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives) to ensure smooth execution and continuous delivery.

  • Ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of product increments that meet defined requirements by creating engaging, intuitive workflows across portal and mobile app.

  • Define, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and product success metrics.

  • Leverage data and analytics to guide decisions and measure adoption, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement of the portal and journeys.

  • Promote collaboration between product, engineering, support, and business teams to deliver cohesive product solutions.

  • Translate business needs into actionable, clear technical requirements for development teams.

  • Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates on product milestones, changes, and progress.

  • Collect and incorporate feedback from customers, end users, and internal teams to enhance product value and passionate about transforming the Team Member Experience through digital solutions.

  • Stay current with industry trends, technology shifts, and competitive insights to inform product direction.

  • Pursue ongoing professional development and attend relevant events to strengthen product leadership skills.

  • Share key learnings with the team to support a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.

  • Strong UI/UX background with ability to critique wireframes, prototypes, and end-to-end flows.

  • Experience building or optimizing mobile apps or mobile-first platforms.

  • Skilled in crafting impactful PowerPoint presentations with clear storytelling tailored for executive-level engagement.

  • Exceptionally organized and able to transform complex technical information into clear, concise, and easily understandable epics, features, and user stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience utilizing different prioritization techniques (e.g., MoSCoW, Value vs. Effort, Kano Model).

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in the dental, healthcare, or other regulated industry.

  • Solid technical background with the ability to understand architecture and cloud concepts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.

  • Familiarity with product management tools and software.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
