Job Description:

We currently have a great opportunity available for an  Andrologist to join our Sydney CBD team on a full time basis (5 days per week). In this role your scope of duties will include; 

  • Perform and interpret semen analyses 

  • Conduct sperm preparation techniques for IUI, IVF, and ICSI procedures

  • Manage sperm cryopreservation and thawing for fertility preservation

  • Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure high-quality reporting

  • Participate in ongoing quality assurance and improvement processes

  • Collaborate closely with embryologists, clinicians, and nursing staff

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will ideally have;

  • Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related discipline

  • Experience in a clinical andrology or fertility laboratory preferred

  • Strong understanding of human reproductive physiology and laboratory diagnostics

  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining strict quality standards

  • Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
