About the role:
As a Member Service Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members, helping them with everyday banking needs and guiding them toward the right financial solutions. In this role, you will:
- Make banking easy and approachable for our members
- Build strong, lasting relationships through great conversations
- Promote products and services that support members' goals
- Refer members to loan specialists where appropriate
- Help members use our digital tools (training provided)
- Accurately complete tasks and navigate multiple systems
- Work collaboratively in a high performing team environment
This is a flexible, permanent part-time role based at our Murray Bridge branch, offering 15–32 hours per week on a rotating Monday to Saturday roster.
To support your work life balance, rosters are provided in 4-week blocks, released one week in advance.
