Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Preston Oaks Apartments in Louisville. We are offering up to $32/hrs plus $1,000 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool reimbursement, and 2 weeks paid time off.

- $29-$32/hrs
- Quarterly Supervisor bonus structure, up to $4,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
- $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review
- Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program
- Exterior structural maintenance as needed
- Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
- 5+ years’ experience in maintenance
- 2+ years in multi-family housing preferred
- Experience managing/supervising 2+ employees
- Experience managing maintenance in up to 200 units
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
