The Sr. Manager Legal Management is responsible for optimizing legal department operations, managing legal technology and reporting systems, and driving process improvement. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Lead legal operations strategy, technology adoption, and resource allocation. 

Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and legal performance reporting. 

Identify and implement process improvements across the legal function. 

Support legal leadership with strategic and administrative initiatives. 

Guide and mentor legal operations staff. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or legal education preferred. 

10+ years legal operations or corporate operations experience. 

Strong project management and leadership capabilities. 

Excellent communication and analytical skills. 

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT 
Up to 15%.
