About the Role
As a key member of our national Workplace team, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Melbourne office. You’ll curate a welcoming, functional, and inspiring environment that fosters collaboration, wellbeing, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Workplace & Front of House
- Represent Mirvac professionally by managing calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining a polished front-of-house.
- Ensure meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces are clean, stocked, and ready for daily operations.
Facilities & Maintenance
- Oversee cleaning, waste management, furniture upkeep, and storage efficiency.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance in line with national contracts and building management.
Events & Meetings
- Coordinate meetings and room setups for a premium experience.
- Support internal events and initiatives, including catering, communications, and logistics.
Technology & Digital Support
- Partner with Digital to ensure workplace tech is functional and issues are resolved promptly.
Workplace Strategy & Improvement
- Curate flexible workspaces to meet business needs and align with national strategy.
- Maintain accurate Workplace Hub info and identify opportunities for experience and efficiency improvements.
Procurement & Admin
- Manage consumables and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes, including purchase orders and invoice handling.
