We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Governance and Planning Coordinator for a 12 month maximum term position within our Sales and Member Services Strategy and Integration team.  

This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys improving processes, and is committed to fostering a strong compliance and quality assurance culture.

 

What will you be doing: 

  • Facilitating and coordinating governance responsibilities within Sales & Member Service 
  • Managing the development and maintenance of an annual planning calendar and terms of reference, incorporating inputs required for all governance and oversight forums of Distribution 
  • Coordinating the development of and maintaining the strategic plans and business plans for Sales & Member Service, representative of the facilitated input of the senior leadership of both business areas, and in line with the strategic and business plans of Distribution’s internal clients 
  • Developing and maintaining the Service Level Agreements between Distribution and its internal clients 
  • Coordinating periodic updates on the initiatives within the strategic plan and business plan 
  • Setting agendas, compiling and circulating papers, attending and taking minutes of regulatory governance and key planning forums. 
  • Maintaining a formal register of supporting items, including strategic plans, business plans, service level agreements, risk registers, and governance forum agendas, packs and minutes 
  • Attending and chairing regular coordination meetings with Culture Collective leads 
  • Managing the Quarterly Awards process and functions 

 

What we are looking for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail 
  • Business planning experience is highly desirable. 
  • Business administration experience is highly desirable. 
  • Contracts management experience is desirable. 
  • Project management experience or exposure is desirable.
