THE ROLE

As Indie Campers Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be part of Corporate Finance team and share the responsibility for funding the business for all its operational and investment needs. 

Reporting directly to the Director Corporate Finance, this role gives you a fantastic exposure to the company's business model, funding and cashflow management strategy together with the opportunity to work and interact with financial teams and operations /assets teams.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Prepare cash flow models and project the cash flow needs for the next 18 months.
  • Participate in the creation of the 5Y business plan for the company, including new business units to be created.
  • Actively engage on fundraising process – strategy, decision and execution:
  • Actively engage on Debt restructure, new debt and management of current debt
  • Participate in Incentives, Tax Credits and subsidising financing
  • Participate in Special funding fleet projects & Equity fundraise investments
  • Prepare reports for Board Meetings, Shareholders Meetings and other management meetings.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with financial partners (banks, leasing companies, other partners).
  • Create, structure and set up special financing projects with the strong collaboration of other departments.
  • Support on different projects critical for the corporate finance team (fleet financing, bank financing, insurance)
  • Research new financing players and update internal research 
  • Participate in the discussions with the insurance companies in order to secure better conditions

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Recent graduate of a BA/BS/Masters in Economics, Finance or Management.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in the area.
  • A Business and finance oriented mindset.
  • Ambition and relentless drive and are proactive in the pursuit of sources of value.
  • Fast learner and tech-savvy, eager to implement new procedures with new tools to improve efficiency through automation of tasks.
  • Results-driven with attention to detail, autonomous and responsible for deliverables.
  • Outstanding at solving complex problems that require logical reasoning and good intuition.
  • Able to work in a highly dynamic and international environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Powerpoint / Google Slides (Mandatory)
  • Fluent in English (Mandatory).
  • Eligible for IEFP professional internship
  • Ambitious, self-driven and entrepreneurial, hard-working, frugal, bold, tech-driven, someone who thrives by constantly learning, overcoming challenges and creating impact.
  • International experience is valued.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory  + other Language skills.
