Key responsibilities
The Supervisor is responsible for leading the Operations team with following responsibilities:
- Supervision of warehouse staffs & activities to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and timely replenishment.
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Develop and maintain efficient warehouse processes and procedures.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
- Prepare and analyse reports related to inventory, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse operations with overall company activities.

Technical
- Very good exposure and end to end understanding of B2B/B2C operations
- Good experience using lean / six sigma and other problem-solving methodologies
- Knowledge of legacy application like WMS & Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge on Data Modelling, Data mining & data analysis.
- Good analytical & Problem-solving skills.
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in managing team and workflow management.
- 3+ years of experience in B2C Outbound & returns management & ticket raising on different marketplaces.
- Highly responsible in cost exposure and revenue leakage avoidance.
- Well organized when working under pressure.
- Understand of lean principles, use Lean tools to organize/lead.
- Familiarity with A.P. Moller Maersk group policies and corporate values.
- Understanding of processes, policies, compliance & relevant system-based knowledge for use in creating right customer experience.
