About Us

At Dyson we believe everything could be better. Fuelled by a frustration with things that don’t work properly and a relentless obsession with making them work better, we’ve spent the last 25 years pioneering inventions and continually improving.

We’re growing fast. And our ambition is huge. But it’s not simply about more people and more profit. Dyson is all about better ideas and new technologies. It’s about inventing the future.

Our philosophy remains the same as it was 25 years ago when James Dyson invented the first cyclonic vacuum cleaner. We remain family-owned. We don’t bow to outside shareholders or report to the stock exchange. Instead we plot our own path, unshackled from conventional thinking.

About The Role

As a Platform Specialist, you are an expert of our .com content platforms (AEM, Hybris, Magento 2, Sitecore). This role is specifically focused on delivering the global content roll out of a refreshed Spares and Accessories shop onto Dyson AEM and Magento 2 websites. The new Spares and Accessories shop is designed to make it as easy as possible for our owners to find and select their machine, and surface all of the key parts which they may be looking for.

Working closely with the wider Digital Delivery and Merchandising, Digital Experience, market eCommerce and Global Customer Service teams, you will:

  • Create a product selection journey experience which includes all Dyson machines which have been available in each individual market.

  • Build a catalogue of spare parts and accessories which fit these Dyson products, ensuring that all customer-fit spare parts are fully merchandised with names, descriptions, imagery and pricing.

  • Author these products and spare part SKUs into AEM, Hybris and Magento 2 content management systems across 40+ languages and locales.

  • Front-end test these experiences after creating them, to ensure they are successful end-to-end journeys with the right look and feel to match the intended experience design.

  • Liaise with market eCommerce teams to review the refreshed Spares and Accessories shop, and make any amends from their feedback.
