Purpose of the Job:
An opportunity to be part of the expansion of Galderma Aesthetics portfolio. We are looking for a strong leader to develop major aesthetics corporate the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement corporate account plans and support business growth activities with selected major aesthetic corporate accounts in line with business and financial objectives
- Contribute, co-develop and ultimately own the development of business plans of existing and new to Galderma corporate accounts. Collaborate cross-functionally within the BU (medical education, commercial, marketing) as well in the wider team (F&C, SPC, QA) in its development.
- Co-leading negotiations of high profile business projects
- Collaborate actively with customers and their clinics to bring the agreed plans to fruition leveraging the Galderma teams (sales, medical education, commercial, marketing) and actively address potential issues jointly with (F&C, SPC, QA)
- Deliver market studies by analysing market research and identifying and predicting current and future customer trends. Propose new target areas to capture business growth in developing areas
- Building strong trusting cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Leading presentation meetings
Profile Requirements and Competencies:
Key Skills / Experience Required:
- Sales Manager with proven record developing new and existing markets and growth within a similar organization.
- BA in Business or relevant subject
- Experience managing high profile accounts.
- Goal and results orientated with strong business, analytical and commercial acumen related to sales levers, creation of value proposition, KPI's and achieving targets
- Ability to cultivate, maintain and build professional relationships with Corporate Accounts and Senior members
- With a strong Healthcare professional network, ability to plan and execute events compliantly and to a high quality
- Good understanding of customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns and guide and provide solutions to customers and key stakeholders
- Experience of working within the Aesthetics sector would be ideal
- Excellent presentation skills
