  • Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) compliance

  • Environmental strategy and reporting

  • Community and charity engagement

  • Carbon reduction and circular economy

Each area of experience is designed to deepen your understanding of sustainability in practice, challenge your thinking, and equip you with the tools to lead change in a sector committed to greener, smarter solutions.

About the Genuit Group

At Genuit Group, we’re focused on creating a more sustainable built environment. This means increasing its resilience as it adapts to the challenges of climate change, while also reducing the impact the built environment has on climate change.

We address these challenges by providing water, climate, and ventilation management solutions. Together, we create sustainable living.

We offer a wide range of solutions for a sustainable built environment—from low-carbon heating and cooling, clean healthy air, and resilient surface water management, to low-carbon choices for drainage and plumbing.

Why Sustainability Matters

We’re embedding sustainability into every aspect of our business—from product design to supply chain decisions. As a graduate, you’ll contribute to initiatives that reduce carbon emissions, manage and report data, and create long-term value for our businesses, communities, and the planet.

What You’ll Gain

  • Real-World Impact – Work on sustainability initiatives that directly influence how we collect data and manage our carbon reduction pathways

  • Cross-Functional Experience – Collaborate with teams across finance, operations, innovation, and commercial to understand sustainability from every angle

  • Expert Mentorship – Learn from experienced sustainability professionals who are driving change across the built environment

  • Professional Development – Receive structured training in environmental strategy, ESG reporting, and leadership skills to accelerate your career

  • Career Progression – A clear pathway into permanent sustainability roles, with opportunities to shape strategy and lead projects during the later phases of the scheme

  • Graduate Community – Be part of a supportive network of graduates who share your passion for sustainable living and innovation

  • Strong communicators with a collaborative mindset

  • Eager to understand commercial sustainability
