The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment support to the Medical Services division, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and hiring managers while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. In addition to managing end-to-end recruitment, the role will design and pilot an early careers programme, creating pathways for emerging talent and supporting the division’s long-term workforce strategy. This role combines strategic partnership, hands-on recruitment delivery, and programme development to attract, engage, and retain the skills needed for future success.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the dedicated talent acquisition partner for our Medical Services Division owning end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Partner with divisional leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce plans, skills requirements, and role priorities.
- Design and deliver tailored sourcing strategies to attract top talent across clinical, operational, and support functions.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job scoping, advertising, screening, selection, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates through proactive networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, reflecting the organisation’s values and culture.
- Use recruitment metrics and insights to advise stakeholders on hiring trends, market availability, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with People Partners to align recruitment with workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Partner with external agencies and suppliers when required, ensuring value for money and consistent quality.
Early Careers Programme – Pilot Development
- Design, implement, and manage a pilot early careers programme, with potential to scale organisation-wide.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to define programme goals, target roles, and success measures.
- Build relationships with universities, colleges, and professional associations to attract early-career talent.
- Develop structured recruitment, onboarding, and development pathways for early-career hires.
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in programme design and candidate outreach.
- Track, monitor, and report on pilot outcomes, making recommendations for continuous improvement and potential expansion.
Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally within healthcare/medical services or a related sector.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver recruitment strategies in a specialist or high-demand talent market.
Experience building or supporting graduate, internship, or apprenticeship programmes is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions and strategies.
