The Opportunity
We’re modernizing how we sell, measure, and grow — and we’re looking for a data-savvy, detail-driven Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to make it happen.
You’ll own the systems and reporting that keep our global sales team on course: HubSpot CRM, pipeline analytics, incentive tracking, and sales enablement tools. If you love turning messy data into clarity and enjoy empowering others to perform, this is your helm.


What You’ll Do
 • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM (pipelines, dashboards, and reports).
 • Deliver weekly pipeline and quarterly performance insights to leadership.
 • Calculate and track sales commissions and incentive bonuses.
 • Partner with Marketing to monitor lead flow and conversion rates.
 • Train the sales team on CRM usage and enforce data hygiene (“No CRM, No Commission”).
 • Develop templates and playbooks that simplify how we sell charters and groups.


What You’ll Bring
 • 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration.
 • Proficiency in HubSpot (or Salesforce) and strong Excel/data skills.
 • Attention to detail and confidence enforcing process with senior colleagues.
 • Ability to work independently across time zones (US or Europe preferred).
 • Experience in hospitality or luxury travel is a plus, but not required.
