Now Hiring: Inside Sales Administrator – Santa Ana, CA
Hourly Rate: $30–$35/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Join a dynamic Sales and Operations team where your organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-focused mindset will make an immediate impact. We’re seeking an Inside Sales Administrator to support our outside sales representatives and serve as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal departments.
What You’ll Do
As the Inside Sales Administrator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the sales process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with outside sales representatives to prepare accurate, timely, and well-organized estimates and proposals.
- Working closely with the Service Team on installation quotes and schedules.
- Administering bids, purchase contracts, bonds, and sales orders.
- Manage vendor purchase orders and track order progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Following up on open quotes, RFPs/RFQs, and customer communications.
- Researching and resolving order issues and maintaining up-to-date customer files.
- Providing outstanding administrative support to ensure a seamless sales process.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of sales administration experience.
- Experience in distribution or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Strong math, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in handling detailed documentation, quotes, and contracts with accuracy.
