The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Manchester
The role you’ll contribute: Responsible for establishing, building, and maintaining strategic relationships between physicians, office staff, and hospital administration. This position promotes and markets AdventHealth programs and services to physicians and office staff and exhibits excellent customer service. This role also identifies and resolves issues affecting the Medical Staff and the effective delivery of healthcare.
The value you’ll bring to the team:
- Manages budget spreadsheet and stays within allocated budget.
- Responds quickly to issues identified by physicians, skillfully communicating to the appropriate administrator(s), and responds back to the physician.
- Implements strategic physician marketing plans and strategies, understanding profitability, setting appropriate tracking mechanisms, and demonstrating positive ROI.
- Works with strategically identified physicians to facilitate introductions to physicians and/or hospital programs and service with a focus on building business.
- Articulates issues facing departments and marketabilty and suggests potential solutions.
The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed:
- Associate Degree Required
- Driver's License (DL) Required
